  4. Do not eat before the previous meal is digested
  5. Avoid large amounts of liquids with meals

  9. Lunch should be the main meal of the day
  10. Lacto – Vegetarian diet is most sattvic diet
  11. Avoid cheese and yogurt at night
  12. Honey should never be heated

  14. Take a few minutes after eating
  15. Chew well, the digestive process starts in the mouth
