Developing good health is not that difficult, most people just don't know where to start and how to go about it. The ancient system of Ayurveda gives us many simple tools to stimulate our body's innate healing abilities. Ayurveda emphasizes the approach of prevention and early detection to reduce imbalances in the body, mind and emotions that are associated with disease.
"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". These classes are also very valuable for those who suffer from some kind of illness.
